With roots dating back more than 2,000 years ago, one of the most famous centers of learning of humanity was reopened this week.
Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak and representatives worldwide, including Jacques Chirac, Carlo Ciampi and Costis Stephanopoulos, attended the reopening ceremony Wednesday.

Confirm the existence of a massive black hole in the Milky Way.

On Wednesday confirmed the discovery of a massive black hole at the center of the galaxy that would absorb everything around them, including light.
After observing the motion of a star around an invisible gravitational field confirmed the presence of the black hole, since there is nothing known in the universe that can describe these effects.
